As I sit here gorging on what has to be the best Viennese Whirl I’ve eaten in a long time (at least 50% chocolate coverage is essential) I’ve been making a list of all the trading work I’ve done so far this year. Here are just some of the things I’ve looked at:
use of ETFs, covered warrants, options and listed CFDs as routes to the market
energy trading, primarily oil and gas
Asian markets, including China, Japan and India
mining and metals
Germany – both as a stand-alone trading opportunity and the possibilities offered by the SG World Cup warrant
Warrant trading strategy – an update on the March and April results will be posted at the end of the month
Sports betting opportunities
Jake Bernstein’s seasonal trading review (that I’ll get around to publishing on the site one day)
US stock trading strategy
Not bad for just four months work especially when compared to this time last year when the majority of my time was spent on Tactical Trader. Steve has also been spending the majority of his time on the portfolio and it is great that we’ve already started to see even more financial returns for our efforts!
You shouldn’t worry about the site being neglected though: I am currently working on the latest batch of updates that include the new session code and login functionality, a revised Trader Locator to take advantage of the latest version of the Google Maps service, and various other bug fixes and tweaks. Expect an upgrade announcement in the next couple of weeks.
