Blogs / Tactical Trader steals the show

From early in the morning to the closing of the doors, the Tactical Trader stand at The World Money Show - London was packed with people keen to find out more about the range of services on offer.

Praise was heaped on the website and very few could believe that such a professional and helpful service could be made available entirely free of charge. No doubt visitors to the site will increase considerably in the coming weeks.

On the Saturday morning Steve moderated a panel discussion which included Salim Sebbata of E*TRADE FINANCIAL, Peter Zomaya of Optionetics and Eoin Treacy of Fullermoney. The subject was the effectiveness of technical and fundamental analysis in predicting successful trades, the general consensus being that both were pretty ineffective with TA coming in for quite a hammering. This certainly made for an interesting Q&A session!

In the afternoon the St James’ Suite was standing room only for Steve’s presentation about the mistakes investors make when trying to become traders.

The show was also an opportunity to promote a brand new offering: a free half day seminar aimed at the new and intermediate traders. The first of these will run in London in November and attracted a huge number of registrations.

The show was a fantastic opportunity to meet real people with real needs and to find out ways they could be helped. No doubt there will be more opportunities to interact when we exhibit at IX Investor 05 later this month. Enrol now so that you can see for yourself what everyone was so excited about.
